7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Digital products: All sales of digital products (including downloads, templates, and eBooks) are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be given once your order is confirmed and delivered.

  • Physical products: If your physical order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery at human@heytherehumanoid.com with your order details and photos. We may offer a replacement or refund if the product is found to be defective.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases on either digital or physical products.
