Returns & Refunds

At Hey There, Humanoid, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, because we sell both physical and digital products, our returns policy differs depending on what you’ve ordered.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including downloadable files, templates, eBooks, and any other non-physical content) are final.
Once your order is confirmed and the digital product is delivered (via download link or email), no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
This is because digital products can’t be “returned” in the same way as physical items. If you have any issues accessing your file, contact us at human@heytherehumanoid.com and we’ll make sure you get the product you paid for.
2. Physical Products
If your physical order arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us at human@heytherehumanoid.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund if the item is found to be defective.
Please note:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

We do not refund original shipping charges unless the product is faulty.
3. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind purchases on either physical or digital products.
4. Processing Refunds (Eligible Items Only)
For approved refunds on eligible physical items:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
